Mondelez International On-line QC Supervisor in SUZHOU, China


  1. Maintain Quality management system of ESZ (ISO / QCMS / HACCP/QM pillar) as part of Plant’s systems to manage product quality in a way, which ascertains continuous improvement of quality KPI's (e.g. Consumer complaints, Poor quality cost, Quality Incident, quality capability).

  2. Ensures routine audits/checks are conducted to verify that Quality System remains in place and keeps robust. Type of audits to be conducted, but not limited to: ISO system audits, HACCP audits, and MDLZ quality audit.

  3. Keep up-to-date on new quality control concepts and instrumentation. Ensure high quality of finished goods by managing and coordinating activities of Chemical and Microbiological laboratories, train and technical support to manufacturing section labs through lab equipment calibration, organize Due Diligence Test, sourcing third party labs to conduct more technical test (eg. Pathogen test, GC, heavy metal, etc.)

  4. People Management and Training Manage QA department’s team of ESZ by setting goals to direct reports and assessing their performance, coach, co-ordinate and monitor regularly their activities.

  5. Develop QM pillar: Develop the WP regarding to the QM pillar guidebook to build the capability of the organization and eliminate the quality defect 6. Others Jointly with GC CQ to conduct quality supervision of Co-packer, and RDC Suzhou warehouse. And act as audit resource of Co-packer and Suppliers.


  1. Bachelor degree in Food area or above

  2. Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO9001, HACCP and GMP standards) Ÿ

  3. Ability of English both in written and spoken Ÿ

  4. Basic computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint) Ÿ

  5. At least 5 years working experience in quality of food industrial, and with minimum 2 years in management role Ÿ

  6. Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement Ÿ

  7. Strong management & communication skills Ÿ

  8. Lean experience
