TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking anAccount Managerfor one of our clients in Staten Island, New York.

Researches and identifies local employers with high-volume recruiting needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with local employers, chambers of commerce and community agencies to partner with the project.
Collaborates with career development team to place job seekers; monitors job placements and employer satisfaction.
Assess and place program participants into unpaid volunteer worksite locations within defined timeframes.
Schedule, coordinate, facilitate and participate in job fairs, on-site recruitment events and outside functions independently and with various community partners.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Frequent local/statewide travel may be required to Harlem Location weekly.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in account/client management, program marketing or sales experience.
Strong working knowledge of labor market, community resources and diverse populations.
Demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, discretion and decision making and effective motivational skills.
Demonstrate intermediate level knowledge and experience with personal computer and related software applications to include MS Office, PowerPoint and the Internet. Prefer Lotus Notes knowledge.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, listening and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with continuous change, as a team member and independently.
Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
