Description:

Responsible for product training to all new and existing Teletrac Navman UK and Ireland customers, together with our internal support and Sales teams. The role will include the training for all Director, AVL, Fleet Director and peripheral products to ensure new and existing clients are fully conversant with the operation of each product. In addition the role reaches out to ensure clients realise the benefits that exist through existing and future products.

• Follow the company’s guidelines and processes to ensure efficient and effective training is delivered to existing and new customers utilising webex for group sessions and where required face to face training sessions

• Produces and delivers product training modules for internal sales and support teams

• Prepares action plans with other members of the training and marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and benefit realisation is met and/or exceeded

• Engages with line manager on quarterly 1-2-1 reviews to build more effective communication to understand training and development needs

• Creates and conducts effective and appropriate training templates and presentations as necessary

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, training, self-study, relevant publications, personal networks and professional societies

• Consistently complies with TeletracNavman Quality Standards

• Pushes to exceed goals and improve performance, showing the ability to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level preferred

• Experience in software-based product training preferred

• Extensive appreciation in all aspects of customer relationship management

• Understanding of SME customer, market dynamics and requirements

• Utilise available technologies to deliver an efficient and effective training session

• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

• Experience with cellular networks desirable

• Strong computer experience and time management skills are required

• Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for customers

• Passionate customer service orientation

• Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving
