Leidos Source Throughput Analyst in ST. LOUIS, Missouri
JOB DESCRIPTION: Source Throughput Analyst Journeyman, will use state-of-the-art computer hardware and software to search for, identify and monitor GEOINT data in a dense and dynamic environment. Requires frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Must be able to express themselves clearly in interfacing with customer. Must be able to work either independently or in a team environment. STA Journeyman will apply source dissemination strategies to support source analysis. They will execute the Source dissemination strategy using various dissemination paths; execute integrated processes for the dissemination of GEOINT data to meet IC requirements; analyze system capabilities to satisfy dissemination requirements; apply throughput timelines to dissemination; and analyze dissemination system capabilities to satisfy customer requirements.
Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years of professional experience.
The contractor shall understand the technical capabilities and limitations of imagery and their application in his/her account. The contractor shall have advanced skills with all capabilities and use all GIMS functionalities to include, but not limited to, Advanced Search, Dissemination Rules, Strategies, NGDS-Discovery Services, GIN Creation, GIN Modification and Approval, Tasking Dashboard, Geospatial Dashboard, Supplier Management, 00I Target Creation, 001 Query, 00I Modification, 001 Management, AGI Search, Virtual File Folders, and UIM-Approved Product Holdings (Report) Search. The contractor shall have advance skills with MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The contractor shall identify and apply multiple dissemination strategies or procedures to effectively perform moderately complex GEOINT throughput analysis. The contractor shall create queries on multiple systems to assess throughput performance, identify shortfalls in processes and procedures and recommend solutions, and support the development of NSG architecture and operations. The contractor shall have high level oral and written communication skills. The contractor shall have demonstrated high customer support skills. Basic Qualifications: GEOINT Analysis Advanced Experience. Detailed understanding of hardware and software installation, database updates, system monitoring and reboots.
