Join us, and play a key role in helping to design our clients roadmap to the future!Work you ll doAs an advanced federal cost analyst supporting Deloitte s federal government practice you will lead and execute tasks associated with cost analysis and rate development. These include activities such as: Provide financial and operational execution analysis, research, and recommendationsPrepare estimated cost savings/cost avoidances associated with efficiency proposalsSupport program managers by providing cost comparisons & Economic Analyses (EA)Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and Business Case Analyses (BCA)Develop and apply cost models by utilizing DoD-approved modeling toolsDevelop methods and techniques to forecast long-rang funding needs and related workload forecastsPerform analytical studies using quantitative analysis techniques such as regression analysis, operations research, margin analysis, sensitivity analysis, discounting, simulation, and mathematical modelingAssist in collecting data utilized to develop billing rates and automate the development of billing ratesReview Support Agreements, Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), and Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) in accordance with DODI 4000.19Conduct benchmark analysisModify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Modify/develop new functionality to support rate development programs The TeamTransparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today.
