Position Responsibilities: * Manages the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance and operational functions of the Breast And Diagnostic Center. * Serves as role model both inside and outside the organization by exhibiting leadership behaviors such as encouraging and involving others, delegating authority, facilitating decision-making and building consensus between and within the organization. * Observe the Eastside Medical Center’s mission statement and Service Values; and acts as resource/facilitator regarding Ethics and Compliance Program. * Uses professional and ethical thinking when performing duties. * Identifies need for changes in policies and procedures, and assists in developing new opportunities and skills for staff. * Maintains and develops good working relationships both inter- and intra-departmentally; to foster good customer relations.

  • Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology or military educated in Mammography and/or Breast Ultrasound.
  • ARRT (R)(M) Certification and/or ARDMSwith certification in Breast Ultrasound (denotes successful completion of the certification examination)
  • BLS – American Heart Association – required
  • Minimum three (3) years clinical experience
  • Two years Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
