AJW Group AOG Customer Service Executive in Slinfold, United Kingdom

Managing the Sales and Exchange of Commercial Aircraft Spares to a defined Customer base.

Management of Quotation of Customers Request for Quotes:

  • Quantum Interrogation

  • Market Research

  • Alternate PN / Technical Research

  • IPC investigation

  • Quoting in accordance with company policy and procedures

Customer Order Management:

  • Customer credit control assessment

  • Negotiation and Procurement Procedures in accordance with company policy

  • Vendor Quality Approval Process

  • Quantum Processing including the raising of contacts

  • Liasing with other team members to facilitate on time delivery

  • Exchange Order Management

  • Execution of “General Terms Agreements” & Exchange Agreements

Customer Service and Interface:

  • Communication & interface with Customers / Vendors whilst on shift

  • Exceeding Customer Expectation and Company standards at every opportunity

Core Competencies:

  • Relevant and significant experience in the customer services function

  • High degree of customer focus – both internal and external

  • Highly motivated with a capability to handle demanding workload that requires accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word
