This position is responsible for business analysis & technology project management of various investments O&T programs. The incumbent is required to engage and work with various global and regional businesses, operations and internal / external technology partners to deliver against objectives.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end execution and program delivery of Investment O&T projects for Citi Private Bank Asia
Partner with sponsors / stakeholders and manage the technology delivery from project conception through implementation.
Assist in creating business requirement documents and formulate technology solutions in response to business requirements.
Lead and manage the full project life cycle according to established processes (including initiation, planning, integration of multiple workstreams, execution and implementation).
Collaborate and partner closely with global & regional program managers, development leads, test leads and production support teams for end-to-end program delivery
Collaborate with technology partners for technology solutions, project planning & testing management to ensure quality delivery of software solution to the business
Responsible for identifying / managing project issues / risks and escalations. Deliver effective communication and report on initiatives to various levels including executive management and senior leadership.
Responsible for project tracking, governance and control of progress / schedules and financials against established baselines.
4 years or more project management experience in a large, multi-national organization or an entity with similar global reach and complexity.
Sound knowledge in investment products via securities & mutual funds with prior experience in delivering O&T programs (back-office processing, settlement)
Demonstrate ability in managing O&T programs across business / functional / regional teams within a matrix environment.
Strong interpersonal skills – demonstrated ability and proven track record in building partnerships and collaborative relationships at various levels within the organization, people and relationship management.
Excellent negotiation skills, ability to influence outcomes without direct managerial responsibility.
Demonstrate experience and strength in operating effectively within the organization, including stakeholder management to deliver the objectives
Self-motivated and directed, proactive and action-oriented, must demonstrate personal accountability. Able to work independently and as a team player.
Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills; strong oral and written communication skills including presentation development and delivery.
