Our Team

The Asia Business Management Team (based in Singapore) is responsible for delivery of the global change agenda within the Client Onboarding organisation in Asia. It works cross-functionally and across regions to drive adoption of a globally consistent operating model and ensure excellent client service. The team leads and implements relevant projects that deliver on these global priorities.

The Role

  • Act as a change agent to enable delivery of the Client Onboarding agenda

  • Build detailed knowledge of the Client Onboarding workflows and organisation

  • Lead analysis to enable identification & prioritisation of improvement opportunities

  • Develop and support project plans through development, definition and implementation

  • Coordinate initiatives across regions to bring global consistency in processes, systems and best practices


  • Problem solver with solid analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Project management skills preferred.

  • Ability to take initiative and work without constant supervision

  • Ability to communicate and present effectively across varying levels of seniority.

  • Team player who is easy to work with, shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand & time-sensitive initiatives

  • Must be fluent in English, other languages an asset.

  • Experienced with Excel with Access a plus. Good knowledge of Powerpoint.

  • Financial services background and knowledge of AML/KYC a plus.
