Requisition Number3011Job TitleCommercial Loan SupervisorLocation(s)Short Hills CorporateFull Time/Part TimeRegular Full-TimeJob DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Commercial Loan Servicing Supervisor is responsible for managing the CLS Department; ensures accurate and timely servicing of the Bank's loan portfolio; oversees the production of set up new loans, funding and servicing. Ensures department activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the department. Provides a high level of customer relations services along with supervisory duties of department staff coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans.RESPONSIBILITIESStays abreast on the bank operations and all pertinent bank regulations, including but not limited to "Sox Controls, setting up new loans, escrow and collateral accounts, escrow analysis, disbursements, pay downs, GFX payments, escrow releases, branch loan payments, SBO payments NSF Rejects, vouchers are dual control, month-end delinquencies, modifications, extensions, TDR's forms signed and approved by appropriate signors, 360 Incidents are addressed in a timely manner.Ensure that quality and controls are completed in a timely manner specific to accuracy and data integrity.Ensure that staff is complying with all the laws, regulations to ensure the banks best practices.Provide structure and guidance to staff ensuring training, coaching and mentoring are instilling a positive culture to exceed performance and operational goals and targets within the department.Ensure that the workstation balancing and BTE transactions are completed with the verification of the daily work.RequirementsPrevious experience in a supervisor role with a miminim of four to five years banking experience.Knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as general computer skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.Effective organizational skills.Ability to multi-task as well as flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changes.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.College Degree PreferredInvestors Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
