Honeywell Account Manager-Installed Base,Harbin/JiLin, HPS,PMT in Shenyang, China
• Primary customer interface responsible for the sales development , and management of relationships, with a specific customer and territories • Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value proposition that Honeywell brings to customer and generates business results • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization; • Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer; • Champions the customers needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization
• Territory and Account, Plans and Strategy; • Customer Relationships and Account Development; • Account plans and annual customer business pipeline reviews • Growth thru installed base mining and new service offerings development • Orders and margin above set quota by sales operating system execution; • Achieve orders & sales margin objectives . • Implement company’s sales strategy & plan • Build up & develop continued relationship with end users throughout the territory. • Submit efficient & accurate business report & sales forecast • Lead technical and commercial negotiations as necessary.
Business Relationships: Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization; Early engagement in the customer buying process and analyzing customers needs and delivering the suitable solutions
Sales Process: Manages the day to day sales activity plan: maintaining a balanced approach between customer satisfaction and profit-making; quarterly results and long term account goals; Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account; Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s consultant and advocate; Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.
Customers: industrial customers in the process industries including: technical buyers, economic buyers, and relationship buyers. Customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers; Typically manages 4-8 large customer accounts with large growth potential
People Management: build cross-level relationship between Customer Organization and Honeywell leadership to establish long term relationship and key account
• Bachelor degree or above in Automation , Process Control , Instrumentation or relevant disciplines • Good knowledge of Honeywell TDC/TPS/PKS System • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales of engineered products or technical services is essential. Have strong experiences in market expanding & acute discernment • Strong negotiation & selling skills; • Dynamic self-motivated individual. • Good interpersonal skill & teamwork spirit • Fluently speaking & writing in English
