As a Information Technology Specialist (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Serve as a Senior Systems Architect for the ASA (what does it mean) Military Construction discipline.
  • Manage the development of policies and procedures for securing the organizational enterprise system to prevent and defend against vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the implementation of technologies to ensure information system infrastructure, building automation systems and any related industrial control systems are secure, reliable and accessible.
  • Analyze information system security profiles and related security programs and policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and networks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of issues, problems and proposals that relate to security evaluations and audits of both physical and logical systems in order to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure IT systems are designed and structured to mitigate vulnerabilities in the infrastructure such that it is not compromises.
  • Review construction drawings (technology, mechanical and electrical) and is expected to execute project management and provide feedback to the appropriate staff member.


  • Overseas tour of duty for Sembach, Germany is projected to be 36 months.
  • You will be required to sign a transportation agreement.
  • Pre-appointment overseas medical examination and security clearance will be required for selected candidates and dependents who may accompany member on overseas assignment. Medical clearance must be maintained and renewed at a minimum of every 2 years as a condition of employment for overseas rotations.
