Join our Procurement team and you will help provide EY strategic purchasing solutions on materials, supplies, services and contracts with the highest level of quality and the best cost. This includes the real estate, travel, technology and external content categories.


The role of the Senior Associate - Procurement Operations will be to support the Procurement Operations leader and the regional sourcing teams with key reporting metrics and tracking and validation of savings delivered against regional procurement targets.

The role holder will be expected to form lasting relationships with leaders and other key stakeholders/ clients to drive the development of the procurement organization.

Essential Functions of the Job:

I. Financial Management Information

• Monthly reporting – Manage the process for extraction of project and savings data from the project management tool, and consolidation of information for monthly management reporting

• Cleanse reporting data to ensure consistent quality of information across all regions

• Maintain and distribute project errors report and incorporate corrections into monthly reporting

II. Value Delivery

• Cost savings and avoidance – Monthly collation, and compilation of management reporting of savings planned, achieved and costs avoided by P&S Procurement Team staff

• Review and validation of cost savings submissions, driving compliance to Procurement savings methodology, and liaising with sourcing teams to ensure consistent quality of submissions

• Maintain quarterly savings summary report and archive savings forms in Procurement repository

III. Brand Value Reporting

• Compilation of monthly brand value submissions and maintenance of brand value tracker

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Excellent Excel skills – knowledge of complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, ability to manipulate and summarize significant amounts of data into a usable format

• Excellent PowerPoint skills - complex information must be simplified and presented consistently to standards expected by Executive stakeholders

• A working understanding of Procurement and commercial management

• Very good relationship, interpersonal skills and cultural awareness

• Self-starter, and ability to work independently

• Solid analytical skills

Job Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree


At least 5 years of relevant progressive experience from a large organization, either a partnership or multi-national corporation

In depth working experience of products & services procurement desirable
