High Volume Hiring(HVH) program focus is on automation of recruiting process to drive recruiting and onboarding at the hundreds of thousands per year scale. HVH builds features, enhancements, and enable synergy through integrations to seek benefits for World Wide Operations/Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service. Due to the high volume of transactions, bulk processing through asynchronous execution is used extensively in HVH. HVH team continues to seek out creative solutions via either AWS technologies(Lamda, DynamoDB, etc.), external technologies, or mixture of both. As a Software Development Manager, you will have technical ownership of the development of new critical parts of this system. You will create technology that changes the face of organization management. You'll lead a talented and nimble team of engineers to create innovative ways to streamline delivery. Responsibilities include managing an organization of five individuals, process and quality of service improvements, strategic planning, project management for software within the team, and management of resources across teams. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
