To do this at S3's scale we invent new algorithms, operate huge map reduce clusters, and utilize key AWS services for streaming analytics and data warehousing. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a software design engineer. 2+ years of experience in building high scale/performance services. Experience with mentoring/leading other engineers Excellent hands on coding experience in at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C#.
