Dassault Systems Americas Corp. is seeking a Services, Team Lead in Seattle, WA to lead, and ensure the successful deployment of the client's Block Points (Major migration of software releases) and guarantee customer satisfaction. Collaborate on the development/project plans and scopes throughout the lifecycle of projects. Coordinate all associated activities and resources (onsite, partners, R&D) related to projects. Cover the full PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Portfolio of DS. Support client requirements in Design Engineering (CATIA Brand), Manufacturing (DELMIA Brand) and Data Management (ENOVIA Brand). Support and lead the deployment team that validates all new software developments for client in the Quality Assurance Lab ("Workplace"). Duties include: Define and Execute Support and QA Team Strategy. Lead and Grow the Support and QA Team Inside the client Global Account. Support Dassault Systemes Customers for client company. Support Dedicated Customer in Production. Support the client's Customization. Supervise Production Issues and Resolutions for all Dassault Systemes Brands.
