We are looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Advertising Global Scaled Services team. The Global Scaled Services team owns driving scale mechanisms that empower Amazon Advertising to provide world-class service to its advertiser clients across products, processes, and advertiser tools. The Senior Program Manager will have heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes, and will be responsible for supporting teams across the end-to-end ad campaign flow to assist in defining, planning, executing and deploying seller-facing programs and platform features. They will define operational and customer requirements, create deployment plans, engage with sellers for rollout, and coordinate with peer teams to support the launch of new processes, tools, and platform improvements. They will also support other projects within the Scaled Services team by through coordination, tracking, coaching and direct feedback, and reporting to key stakeholders and managers. They will identify measure and improve operational process, including workflow management, case handling, technical troubleshooting, and escalations. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves". We're looking for a creative leader with excellent analytical abilities across business and technology, attention to detail, strong ownership, organization skills, and excellent communication. Responsibilities Coordinate with business, technical and leadership teams to own and identify operational and advertiser requirements, and impact of projects and programs across Amazon Advertising Create, maintain and disseminate project information to VP-level stakeholders and management across all Global Scaled Services projects; including identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas or other project risks Engage with internal and external customers to gather requirements, onboard onto new ad platform features, and support pre and post launch activities Manage all elements of the program, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk & opportunity, managing quality, seller relations, communicating & documenting, and change management. Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement. Support all Global Scaled Services projects and programs by providing review, mentorship, support, and establish and maintain clear chains of project management and accountability.
