Job DescriptionAmazon FreeTime Unlimited is looking for an experienced marketing leader to lead and grow the marketing team to grow our kids subscription business globally. We are pursuing some exciting new opportunities and desire to scale our marketing efforts to support these growth areas. The Senior Manager of Marketing will have responsibility for marketing Amazon FreeTime Unlimited in the US, UK and Germany through team members in the US and EU. This individual will own the global marketing budget, manage the US-based marketing team and direct the regional marketing efforts in EU. He/she will work very closely with the Fire tablet marketing team and numerous other teams across Amazon. Amazon FreeTime Unlimited brings together books, videos, games, and educational apps that kids and parents love. Responsibilities: Strategic Responsibilities include: * Create and execute marketing strategy with annual and quarterly marketing plans and programs * Set annual marketing goals * Develop and maintain our brand * Describe and build our value proposition * Develop customer segmentation and go-to-market plans * Establish our product positioning, messaging, and outline our key points of differentiation . Build partnerships with other Amazon's businesses Operational Responsibilities Include * Build and manage a high-performing organization * Launch new products and features * Manage marketing budget to deliver key marketing goals * Organize and drive campaigns for new subscriptions * Conduct surveys, focus groups, and similar methods to gain customer insight * Manage all customer communications * Develop brand guidelines and templates, and ensure that they are applied globally * Coordinate with Fire tablet teams and other groups at Amazon to leverage internal opportunities Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree * People management experience * 7+ years' experience in digital marketing or publishing * Experience in consumer marketing * Excellent communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems using data analysis * High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously * Executive-level written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving industry and business organization Preferred Qualifications* MBA * Experience marke
