A day in the life…

Our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group is looking for a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience, who will be responsible for supporting the Company’s planning processes.

*Responsibilities *

  • Lead the annual and long term planning process, including partnering with teams across the organization

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve financial models and related analytical tools

  • Identify and present trends and opportunities to support management decisions, including the support of Executive and Board level presentations

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with management and business partners regarding strategy, priorities/deadlines, and action steps

  • Display effective written and verbal communication through email, reports, meetings and/or presentations

*You own this if you have… *

  • 3-5 years of related experience, retail preferred

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or comparable experience preferred

  • Proven experience in using skills for analyzing, modeling and reporting financial performance with attention to detail and data integrity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with leaders

  • Ability to manage and thrive in ambiguity with a strong sense of curiosity

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, while managing priorities and timelines

  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and database systems, experience with Hyperion-Essbase a plus

  • Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
