Amazon's Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators. In this role, you will partner with a variety of recruiting, human resources and operations leaders to identify, develop and launch talent staffing solutions to support the Worldwide Operations network. We expect the Recruiting Manager to be a passionate customer, candidate and team advocate, with proven organizational capabilities and project management skills. Successful candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at networking, coaching, and developing training, along with possessing strong communication, analytic and people leadership skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators. Manage and align team members and responsibilities; design and implement team strategy and performance goals. Partner with cross functional teams to develop support and development resources for program's long-term success. Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes to capture application, interview and hiring activity across the network; drive strategic analysis on program performance and create customized solutions for our business partners. Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 years recruiting experience Demonstrated experience improving processes Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets. Specific experience with the scheduling function of the recruiting lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills. MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Travel may be required for position (up to 25%).
