ODC Sales Enablement - CRM & Systems Analyst
Oracle Data Cloud Business Operations – Sales Enablement and Operations Analyst – Systems/Tools Focus
Individual contributing role in Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) Sales Enablement and Program Management function
Develop training and enablement programs for Data Cloud go to market organization, both new hire training and continuing education for the various roles in the organization:
o Sales reps & sales managers
o Business development reps
o Account & customer success managers
o Sales engineers
- Create educational materials and programs covering system and tool specific go to market (GTM) enablement topics, including:
o Sales systems and processes: CRM, quoting, deal management, and approval
o Sales Tools: Business Operations Portal
o Build eLearning modules and video for virtual delivery using Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia/Snagit and dominKnow Claro to be hosted in Oracle University (iLearning – Learning Management System)
o In person training delivery at go to market new hire boot camps
Manage weekly “GTM Bulletin” communications for go to market, ODC Business Operations, and supporting teams
Collaborate with Data Cloud product management, marketing, and business operations to enable access to training materials and resources for the go to market organization
o Quarterly go to market “boot camp” programs
o White papers
o Sales playbooks
o Links to Oracle centralized sales operations resources
o Inventory/log all go to market (GTM) materials hosted on portal using internal Oracle resources
o Develop BI dashboard to measure key performance indicators, onboarding progress, GTM training asset consumption and impact
- Design, develop and maintain Business Operations portal (a centralized repository of documentation, videos, links, and other resources for the field – create a “one stop shop” for all things go to market)
o Utilize internal Oracle resources, JIVE enabled community sites, O-Tube video channels, Oracle Beehive tools, APEX, iLearning LMS, and Training Plan System
o Create visually appealing layout with graphic tools (i.e. GIMP or Adobe Photoshop)
5-7 yrs of experience in sales operations and sales enablement program management, focused on technology/ software. SaaS & Ad Tech experience highly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology go to market organizations and the various roles that engage with customers
Background in contract management and negotiation, CRM, and other sales operations systems preferred
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a given project, and “Hold the Room” as a subject matter leader when participating in meetings and calls
Self-starter and ability to execute day-to-day with limited supervision in a large matrix organization
Bias towards action, anticipation, and taking the next step and asking the next question proactively
Lifelong learner mind set regarding all things sales operations, training and enablement
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization
- s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
