We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to serve our highly valued patients and referral sources at our medical store in Seattle, WA. The Medical Customer Service Representative will assist phone and walk in customers. This position will require you to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use in order to efficiently assess customer needs for products and/or services. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment and be dedicated to follow through as well as d emonstrate courtesy, sincerity and patience when working with customers. The physical demands of this position requires lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 100lbs and frequently performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
