We can reach customers on Amazon properties, both web and mobile, and across our ad platform.

A strategic part of our charter is to build a portfolio of self-service, cost-per-click advertising programs to enable both large and small advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. Examples of products already in the market are Sponsored Products and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). We are building a new team who will own go to market strategy, adoption, advertiser success for Self-Service Performance Advertising programs. This team will have functional expertise in marketing, product, account management, market analysis, and program management.

We are customer-obsessed and the ideal candidate will take ownership of one-to-one account communication and drive success for both advertisers and shoppers at Amazon.com. The Marketing and Advertiser Success Specialist will initiate outreach to advertisers through both phone and email communication methods and report on success metrics. This person will work directly with advertisers to drive advertising campaign creation, handle advertiser inquiries, and assist with marketing projects. The Marketing and Advertiser Success Specialist will work closely with our marketing team that includes marketing, operations, and account management.

We are looking for a driven self-starter. Someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, intermediate or better Excel skills and experience working with customers by phone and email. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and can execute in an environment characterized by speed, fun, and collaboration.

To be given consideration for this opportunity, the successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and personal attributes:

  • 2+ years in a sales, marketing, administration or customer service role

  • Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Intermediate or better Excel skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required

  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity

• Bachelor Marketing/Business Degree

• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Marketo

• Experience working in a BtoB environment in a sales, marketing or related role
