Success in this role requires influencer partner (our customer) obsession, ability to see the big picture and to manage partnerships and programs that scale, and daily execution at the highest level of quality.

As an Influencer Account Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing influencer content partnerships across all major product categories to drive video views, customer acquisition and engagement, and product sales. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in client/partner management, is highly organized with a penchant for process, and has a reputation for achieving goals. They will work as an influencer partner advocate liaising cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and ultimately drive mutually beneficial outcomes to increase partner satisfaction and kick start the content creator flywheel. Specific responsibilities include:

· Act as a main point of contact for influencers with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, facilitate both administrative and creative elements, resolve any conflicts, and grow key KPIs

· Manage numerous influencers concurrently & strategically

· Utilize data to optimize curation, execution and prioritization

· Work cross functionally with the Account Exec, Finance, Legal Marketing, and Product teams to deliver simplified processes and optimize for scale

· Effectively utilize both external and internal tools and resources to reduce friction and complexity with the goal of delivering operational excellence for all influencer partners

· Aggregate, deliver and report on influencer success criteria, support campaign tests, and analyze ongoing campaign results

· Communicate with internal teams to showcase results and identify needs

· Explore and identify platform/program improvements

· Closely partner with other teams to support marketing initiatives, strategic objectives and traffic goals

· 5+ years experience in digital account management with a Social Platform, MCN, Talent Agency or Digital Agency

· Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across business units

· Successfully demonstrates delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment

· Intermediate knowledge of social and video content platforms, online marketing including SEO, SEM, website optimization, affiliate programs, influencer marketing etc

· Experience in video/digital media industry a plus

· Intense customer focus (we really can’t stress this enough)

· Demonstrated ability of creative problem solving

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others

· Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
