As the Project Manager for Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Business and Project Operations, you will be responsible to deliver key solutions for HR Services strategic business initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and technology modernization.
Your responsibilities will include working across multiple product streams to ensure solutions support end to end business process and deliver relevant content from multiple sources. In this role you will be expected to leverage business process skills, analytical, design, and project management skills. You will be accountable to deliver fully tested solutions and develop sustainability plans as products are deployed and turned over to support. You must be capable of defining and reporting metrics to support the products that are deployed to ensure utilization and achievement of targeted goals.
You will work with leadership, product managers, project managers, business analysts, application developers, and HR partners at all levels across the globe in developing and maintaining sustainable business process configurations. You will also drive related project deliverables, provide overarching communications to leadership, product managers, and other stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience in retail, human resources, supply chain, or financial industries.
Good knowledge of applicable Regulatory requirements and data privacy practices and laws.
Prior experience in matrix management and managing relationships between IT and the business.
Demonstrate the ability to provide expertise in the development of a business driven strategy in conjunction with Enterprise Life Cycle development and implementation, including strategic support for global application integration.
Proven track record of implementing automated business process and data solutions.
Ability to maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday experience in Business Process Design and System Configuration is a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable full lifecycle business process development.
Ability to recognize trends, assess potential impacts and partner with stakeholders to recommend solutions.
Experience establishing and tracking product, program, project, business operation including product utilization.
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Experience establishing and improving processes and coordinating multiple teams to facilitate timely and accurate deliverables.
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers and deliver a frustration-free experience.
