Number of Openings: 1 Requisition Number: 16-13959 Job Title: Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) - Principal Department: 16410-IS - Administration City: Seattle State: Washington Location: Metropolitan Park West Secondary Location: Union: None Work Status: Regular Shift: Day Shift FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per bi-weekly pay periods) Hours Per Shift: Call Hours: Work Days: Monday-Friday Salary: Depends on Experience Job Description: This position is a key contributor to the success of Seattle Children's ERP platform support and utilizes a combination of application and business process expertise and strong leadership skills. This role works with key stakeholders, vendors, IS partners, and end users to provide high quality business solutions and issue support and regularly acts as a lead on various ERP projects, in business consultations, in mentoring other analysts, and in implementing departmental initiatives. Provides daily production level support for ERP applications to sustain day-to-day IS and business operations and participates in the rotation of IS on-call duties including after hours support. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management or equivalent technical training or the equivalent of a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive responsibilities in work experience as an ERP business support analyst. - Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive work experience in ERP Lawson business support with direct responsibility for the Finance application suite and a minimum of one either of Human Resources or Supply Chain application suites. - Minimum of five (5) years of subject matter expert experience in a minimum of one of the following disciplines: Finance, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Project/Cost Accounting, Grant Management, Business Intelligence - Minimum of five (5) years in Lawson ERP application configuration and/or administration - Minimum of five (5) years project management using SDLC methodology Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: - In addition to the above requirements a minimum of one (1) year in demonstrating Lawson system and business acumen in at least two of the following four Lawson business work streams: o Human Resource and Payroll workstream o Finance and Supply Chain workstream o Project Accounting with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Supply Chain o Business Intelligence - Ten (10) years experience in a business systems analyst utilizing skills in analysis, reporting, process improvement, quality assurance, and large scale system implementations. - Certified Infor Lawson professional - Certified Crystal Reports Professional or other relevant credential - SQL Server (MCSA) - Certified in Business Process Management (BPM) - Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL/ITSM) Seattle Children’s is committed to equal employment opportunity for all persons and does not discriminate with respect to hiring or promotion of individuals, conditions of employment, disciplinary and discharge practices, or any other aspect of employment on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin (ancestry), disability, age, genetic information, marital status, citizenship, pregnancy or maternity, protected veteran status or any other status protected by applicable national, federal, state or local law.
