This position is 100% remote. The Clinical Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for: * Provide support with selection of qualified vendors to provide study services on projects utilizing the qualified/preferred supplier list * Provide support with obtaining quotes from vendors, as required by study teams * Provide support with review and approval of vendor invoices, if billing is appropriate based on the terms of the vendor contract. If improper billing, return to vendor for correction before processing for payment * Maintain status of budget vs actual spend for all 3rd party contracts * Generate minutes of meetings related to 3rd party vendor operations and assist with follow up on open action items * Provide support with drafting and updating of Vendor Management Plans on assigned projects * Track and file vendor management and 3rd party vendor documentation in eTMF according to eTMF guidelines and provide support with eTMF audits * Complete other tasks, as assigned by management Covance offers a generous benefits package including health/dental/vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401k, tuition reimbursement and a lot more!
