We are looking for highly analytic students from MBA and Master's of Science (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations) programs that are ready for challenging opportunities in AWS Infrastructure. Infrastructure is the factory behind AWS; we use repeatable processes and automation to deliver what AWS sells to customers. Activities in AWS Infrastructure include all aspects of identifying location through construction of new data centers as well as their ongoing operation. Great candidates think like business owners and drive results; look at a challenge, define what is broken and build the solution on behalf of our customers. Participants in the CP internship join Amazon at our corporate headquarters in Seattle. An Amazon summer internship is 11-12 weeks long, consisting of a strategic project that is data intensive, analytical, and centered on a real business issue. CP interns will have ownership of a high profile project within the Infrastructure organization, where they will partner with key business groups and cross-functional teams clients. By participating in the internship, you will have opportunities to analyze unique business ideas, make data driven decisions and provide input to drive meaningful change. Each intern will have exposure to senior level management (including Vice Presidents and Directors) and the opportunity to apply general business skills to support successful execution of corporate strategies. Interning in AWS Infrastructure is a great way to experience our culture, learn our peculiar business practices, and gain exposure to our fulltime CP program. The full-time CloudPath participant will complete two 18-month rotations with exposure to a breadth of opportunities and challenges. At the completion of the second rotation, you will be prepared to lead cross-functional teams or become people managers. Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent Master's level program 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master's program Preferred Qualifications Engineering or other technical backgrounds are not required but can be helpful in some of the roles available.
