POSITION SUMMARY:

Revive Restoration is looking to add a Restoration Business Development Executive to their organization due to growth of the company. As the Sales Executive, you will be the main point person on restoration projects, and oversee each job from the very beginning stages through completion. This includes bringing in new leads and conducting sales, assess new losses, communicate claim information to the customer & insurance adjuster, and direct company personnel & subcontractors regarding our scope of work. They pride themselves on making the same recommendations as if their own family’s health were at stake. You will also be responsible for working closely with superintendents overseeing the reconstruction process, with the help of our operations team, to include any and all road blocks, seeing the job through to completion. This includes regular jobsite inspections and a final walk through with the customer to obtain close out paperwork.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales and drive bottom line growth

  • Act as a company and client consultant to review each new loss

  • Determine scope of work needing to be completed and prepare extremely accurate estimations

  • Review project schedules and costs of the project

  • Establish and manage expectations/schedules throughout the job to ensure customers are informed of progress and any roadblocks encountered

  • Effective communications with all parties involved throughout the entire project including property owners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, etc

  • Utilize Xactimate for each project

  • Collaborate and team up with Superintendents

  • Generate invoices

  • Build upon your already existing relationships and maintain a network for continuous lead generation through marketing and business development

  • Attend industry events, participate in industry associations, and outreach to new sources

  • Follow up on leads to generate revenue and create sales opportunities

Requirements for Hire:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a sales role in the restoration industry

  • Experience dealing with large losses of $100K+

  • Strong working relationships with insurance adjusters and other connections within the industry is required

  • Water (WRT), Fire and Smoke (FSRT) certifications desired

  • Integrity, Honesty and Trustworthiness absolutely required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Xactimate software experience highly desired

  • Strong problem solving skills

COMPENSATION: Revive Restoration offers a competitive and generous base salary plus uncapped commissions off of sales. You will have the ability to earn $200K+ in this position, with opportunities of moving up within the organization.
