In this role, you will partner with assigned business groups to recruit top intern talent and manage related university hiring programs.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in university recruiting, corporate recruiting, a related HR function or university setting

  • Excellent program and project management skills

  • Strong account management skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders including internal hiring teams, academic partners, HR partners, etc.

  • Experience planning and executing high touch, high visibility corporate events

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort delivering presentations in front of groups of up to 150

  • Flexible and adaptable team player and problem solver

  • Detail oriented, organized, and results driven

  • Ability to travel

Description

This role will primarily focus on intern hiring.

Responsibilities Include:

Facilitating full cycle recruiting for intern hiring

Develop and execute on campus recruiting strategies in partnership with your university recruiting peers

Partner with internal business leaders to understand their talent needs; build a recruiting strategy to address those needs

Help plan, facilitate, and execute onsite hiring events

Lead “just in time” recruiting efforts across all degree types

Work consistently to ensure a great candidate experience from first engagement to final touchpoint

Lead our engagement in diversity recruiting conferences

Help plan and execute new events for university hires

Track and analyze recruiting metrics

Education

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent
