  • Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills

  • Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, etc.)

  • Understanding of networking concepts

  • Understanding of Relational Databases (SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Understanding of SQL language

  • Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Support or administration experience with Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, and AIX

  • Prior customer service or customer support experience

< ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SKILLS – WOULD BE AN ASSET >

- Support or administration experience of databases such as SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Oracle, SQL Server, and/or DB2

  • Understanding of SAP installation and upgrade procedures.
