While being able to caption memes in your sleep, write sharp copy, and empathize with our audience are crucial, we will pay special attention to whether you say “gif or “jif ...just kidding (kinda).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust social media strategy for our Talent Solutions brand, building and iterating on what the team so far has created. That would include deciding which social media channels to focus on, why, optimizing them, and developing unique voice and content strategy for each.

  • Learn the pains and joys of the recruiting community and are able to lead an informed and constructive conversation with them, showing support, compassion and a good dose of humor. You will become the voice of the recruiter internally within our team and share valuable insights and ideas for how we can improve.

  • Develop strong relationships with your key partners from the rest of the brand team, PMM, customer, acquisition, as well as regional teams from EMEA, LATAM, APAC. Become a valued partner in helping bring these teams campaigns to market.

  • Conceptualize and execute the social strategy for our showstopper of an annual event -- Talent Connect -- and exceed the engagement goals from the previous year

  • Publish across all social media channels daily and don t break a sweat.

  • Collaborate with your immediate team to create engaging longer-form content and experiment with new content formats. You love creating content that the audience just can t resist.

  • Grow our social media following across key channels by 2X and boost engagement by 30%.

Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 plus years of experience leading social media strategy

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Writing and developing content is energizing and rewarding for you

  • Have some compelling examples of engaging a considerable following

  • You know a thing or two about paid social, SEO, and growing an audience

  • You balance your creativity, with being goal and metrics driven

  • Being handy with posting tools like Sprinklr, Radian6 or others
