Job Description

  • Responsible for building and leading Shell's solar project execution capability.

  • Develop required team and future leader of the group within 12-18 months.

  • Drive solar DG business strategy, and all origination and partnering activities.

  • Build and manage a global project operations team to develop and deliver projects that enable a commercial return for New Energies

  • Identify and execute partnerships to enable global solar project operations

  • Work with New Energies Finance and other support functions to establish appropriate financial metrics and governance to support successful solar project operations

  • Strategy and business planning for profitable entry into solar PV at distributed scale, with clear geographic focus

  • Identify a portfolio of longer-term business models and customer value propositions in the distributed solar generation segment that can unlock a material business for Shell

Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum ten (10) years experience.
