Our client is looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer service oriented front desk coordinator to be the first point of contact to clients and guests. You will be the director of first impression as every person coming to the office meets you first! The ideal candidate is very welcoming, detail oriented, and can solve problems quickly! Responsibilities: Greet guests in person Answer phones and direct calls accordingly Maintain front office area Schedule conference rooms Maintain kitchen area Order office supplies as needed Manage catering for entire office Prepare conference rooms for meetings (Team, Board, etc)
