Description

Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Transportation Engineer to join our San Diego, CA office. The selected candidate will work with our Transportation Engineering and Planning group. This individual will contribute to the production and delivery of transportation

tasks and projects while developing traffic impact studies, traffic control plans, signage and striping, and other traffic/transportation related duties.

Position Requirements

  • 3 or more years of transportation engineering experience

  • Experience in AutoCAD, Synchro, Vissim, Traffix, SketchUp, Sidra and/or GIS

  • Technical skills in transportation planning

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Outgoing, self-motivated team player

  • Ability to work with and balance priorities among multiple projects

Min. Experience 3 years

Min. Education Level Bachelor's Degree

Required Major Civil Engineering

Professional Registration EIT – Engineer-In-Training
