WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As we continue our rapid expansion, our ability to onboard and continue educating our team members becomes foundational for our success. The Sales Enablement manager at Tealium will develop and deliver programs to make our global Sales, SDR and Customer Success teams more successful and productive. You will be responsible for owning the program that encapsulates designing, delivering and building the program to make our teams exceed their goals and objectives.

The candidate will need to become a user of the Tealium solution and understand the surrounding technology ecosystem to develop sales enablement resources that help drive value and new customer revenue. Being hungry, creative, and an excellent communicator matters more in this position than prior training experience.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Own and execute the strategy for enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing skill training and sales force efficiency

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align Enablement goals & priorities

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and other Key Stakeholders to turn market messaging and product features into sales enablement materials

  • Leverage multiple learning strategies that enable the team including in person, virtual training, e-learning and self study

  • Develop & Manage the Sales Playbook to focus our sales team to be efficient and effective.

  • Use data to continuously optimize the program

  • Measure and report on the Enablement program effectiveness

  • Manage SalesHood material which is integrated within Salesforce

  • Lead in person training sessions

  • Manage Sales Kickoff and other enablement events

  • Build Enablement Programs for new products, features and processes as they are launched

  • Owning the deployment of sales tools and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and making recommendations as to new tools to consider.

  • Manage the distribution of content in a way that is simple for them to find, use and leverage.

  • Implementing cross-functional sales enablement programs by determining specific gaps in existing processes and skills, and ensuring they are addressed in new program development.

Requirements:

  • Successful ownership of Enablement Programs in a prior role

  • Ability to build cross functional relationships

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize work based on business value

  • Approach work with an open mindset to seek creative solutions

  • Prior experience in SaaS Sales Enablement, Sales or Product Marketing

  • 5+ Years relevant work experience

  • Business or Technical degree

  • Exceptional Presentation, Facilitation and Written skills

  • Proven ability to work independently to meet objectives
