Booz Allen Hamilton Program Analyst, Mid in San Diego, California

Key Role:

Provide acquisition and contracts management support to the contracts officer's representative (COR) in a Navy program office. Provide support for software development efforts by drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs), developing Statement of Works (SOWs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), drafting, editing, and managing official correspondence, and developing and tracking Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries. Coordinate meetings with vendors, provide input to weekly meetings, track action items relevant to contractual efforts, and attend and provide support in vendor meetings, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and SETR events, such as PDR, CDR, or TRR. Provide support for production efforts by drafting RFPs, coordinating the delivery of terminals, drafting shipping instructions, and working with platform stakeholders to meet delivery requirements. Manage multiple delivery orders from start to finish and ensure all deliverable requirements are met for closeout.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with Navy acquisition and contracts management

-2 years of experience with acquisition processes and developing contracts documentation

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in interpreting and consolidating various team member reviews of Basis of Estimates in various technical proposals

-Experience in reviewing technical documents, including Contract Data Requirements List items to ensure compliance with various delivery orders

-Experience in drafting, editing, and tracking acquisition products with minimal direction

-Experience in managing correspondence, including drafting, routing, and tracking responses

-Experience in drafting approval or rejection letters and technical direction letters

-Knowledge of DoD 5000 defense acquisition system

-Ability to be a self-starter, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Defense Acquisition University Acquisition Level II or equivalent Certifications
