Quality Analyst - Customer Fulfillment
Quality Control is the support team that oversees monitoring and control of Operations processes to ensure that quality standards are met as defined by the business.
As a Quality Analyst, you will review the completed work from the different areas within Customer Fulfillment against certain policies and procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of the processes and be capable of identifying processes errors or procedure gaps and recording these in a clear and concise manner. A Quality Analyst will also be responsible for handling disputes, communications, feedback, daily reporting, uploading and assigning work, monitoring time off, and workflow management.
