Description/Job Summary

Serve as the administrative resource for direct material purchasing.

Responsibilities/Duties

  1. Manage the transactional purchasing cycle for assigned materials.

  2. Prepare the necessary Purchase and/or Service Agreements as assigned.

  3. Ensure compliance to all company requirements within assigned areas of responsibility.

  4. Perform other clerical / administrative duties as assigned.

Required Education

Associates Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field plus 1-2 years of related work experience. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills (written and oral).

Proficiency in SAP, Word and Excel a plus.
