  • Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures.*

  • Performs all Sonographic exams following defined protocols.*

  • Observant of patients’ conditions. Notifies physician or supervisor of unusual occurrences. *

  • Compiles appropriate records to expedite results. *

  • Analyzes the quality of images and processes as required.*

  • Understands and operates electronic information systems.*

  • Maintains appropriate supplies and a clean, organized working environment.*
  • * Participates in continuing education activities to expand/enhance knowledge of sonography and meet educational requirements of ARDMS.

Takes call after regular hours.

Registered or registry eligible by RDMS or ARRT.

Position is required to have competence to assess, treat and/or care for the age groups indicated by check marks.

ARDMS eligible.

Required- BLS Certification

Preferred - ARDMS certification.
