Wells Fargo Technology Manager 3 in Saint Louis, Missouri

This Technology Manager will be a member of the Wealth Investment Management Technology (WIMT) Capabilities Team, specifically responsible for leadership of the Elastic Caching and Business Process Management Platform teams.

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Responsible for the management of a team of senior and junior application engineers, managed resources, and matrixed Enterprise Global Services (EGS) engineers

  • Accountability to ensure 24/7 production/development support and availability

  • Provides occasional on-call problem resolution escalation for Enterprise Availability Coordination Office (EACO) in a 24x7 environment as required.

  • Application System Owner in various tools such as Change Management Database, EACO Playbooks, etc.

  • Interacts with direct reports, partners, peer managers, and mid to senior level management, to drive awareness and solicit input of the Capability requirements and roadmap. This will cross multiple lines of business.

  • Active engagement in demand management and pipeline planning at a Capability level. Including the alignment of staffing budgets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technology experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
