Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has an immediate need for an Marketing Coordinator to work at our Sacramento Sierra Oaks Office located on Fair Oaks Blvd. This position maintains the front desk switchboard and provides administrative marketing support to the office. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30, 40 hours a week. Job responsibilities will include assisting sales associates with administrative needs, processing & maintaining listings, entering listings, sales and closings into document management system, filing and checking paperwork, sending requests for W9’s, setting up offices listing & sales files, compiling information to make duty calendar, accounts payable, lockboxes and maintaining office equipment and inventory, back up person for ads, flyers, etc. (general marketing), processing mail & taking to Post Office every evening and other administrative duties as assigned. Familiarity with the use of general office equipment such as email, fax, scanners, copiers, printers and phones required. This position requires a high level of customer service ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and tracking listings in multiple databases

  • Coordinating online and print advertising for properties

  • Order signs and business cards

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Coldwell Banker at all times

  • Hosting regular small group in-office education sessions on Coldwell Banker resources

  • Presenting the weekly Marketing Minute to Sales Associates and providing required follow-ups

  • Public speaking at sales meetings as well as one on one trainings sessions

  • Assisting agents with personal marketing and registration into company intranet sites

  • Maintaining office social media and working with agents on their social media marketing

  • Demonstrating the value of Coldwell Banker marketing capabilities and actively leading by example

  • Learning all Coldwell Banker marketing tools and using them for agents and teaching agents how to use the tools

  • Attending all regularly scheduled Marketing Coordinator trainings via WebEx, in the office and at the Support Center, and completing all Marketing Coordinator continued education plans established

  • Cross training in other positions and collaboration to assure all office functions are efficient and effective

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years or more of customer service and administrative experience

  • Prior real estate experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

  • Strong presentation and training skills

  • Demonstrated ability to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to share complex subjects in an easy to understand way

  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and digital programs and share processes with others

  • Accuracy and a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow direction, be proactive and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships
