ADP is hiring a HR Compliance Analyst. The HR Compliance Analyst is responsible for a range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness of the Global HR Compliance program. The analyst contributes to the development, revision, and implementation of HR Compliance processes and procedures across ADP worldwide. The analyst is able to quickly understand compliance needs and challenges, identify enhancement opportunities/solutions, and partner with the local country contact. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the liaison among the business units, in addition to HR, Legal, GSO, and the local country contacts for HR Compliance. * Manage and perform data collection and analysis for the Global HR Compliance Program while partnering with the business units and functional counterparts. * Manage the Global HR Compliance SharePoint site. * Develop and manage automated compliance tools and templates. * Support various HR compliance related projects. * Perform other relevant duties, as assigned.
