Under general supervision, the Case Aide is responsible for the operations of the food pantry at Community Resource Services and completing all other tasks needed to assist the Case Management team, including doing intakes and assessments with clients, follow-up calls, and data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors and assists incoming clients who are utilizing the food pantry.
Responsible for unloading, sorting and putting away incoming food, clothing and other donations.
Assists with data entry for the program.
Completes intakes and assessments with walk-in clients
Makes follow-up calls to clients.
Awareness of and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan.Including, but not limited to, supporting the Agency's Core Competency initiatives of being Collaborative and Community Focused, Innovative and Entrepreneurial, and Culturally Competent and Diverse
Other responsibilities as requested by supervisor
*Education: *Associates degree in Human Services or similar field required. Bachelor’s preferred.
*Experience: *Experience in Human Services preferred.
