Position Summary: Directs and coordinates the Administrative, Clinical and Marketing activities of the transplant services. Responsibilities matrix across the organization in order to facilitate the multi-disciplinary team approach and collaboration. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of clinical services delivered to all kidney, kidney/pancreas pre and post transplant patients; for supervision of all outpatient clinic program personnel and the development of departmental Policies & Procedures, standards of practice and performance improvement activities. In addition, the position is responsible for Contracting and Marketing activities, and for the development and management of the wage, supply and capital budgets of the outpatient clinic.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS



A. Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:1. Current license to practice nursing in the State of Calif. 2. National certification in area of nursing specialty.



B. Education:1. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing. 2. Master’s degree in nursing preferred.

C. Experience:1. Minimum of five years experience in ESRD and Transplant Services. 2. Minimum of 3 years management experience.
