A Day In the Life:

As a Mission Support Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Acquire and maintain access to necessary HR Information Systems

  • Adjudicate claims for joint duty

  • Review, revise, and post joint duty vacancy notices

  • Process monthly quality control reports

  • Prepare memorandums to document and implement decisions

  • Provide employees with detailed information on policy

  • Research and respond to employee needs

Must Haves:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Five years of administrative as an MSA Level l or comparable experience

  • Strong communication skills (listening , oral, and written)

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software

  • Experience with maintaining multiple calendars

· Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience with our client’s administrative systems

  • Familiarity with client cable system
