Medecision is looking for a Senior Implementation Program Manager, a passionate power contributor who blends solid planning, communication and organizational skills with proven proactive leadership experience. You will be an integral part of our Enterprise Project Management Office, driving key client initiatives for the company and working with key leaders and clients.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU, IF…

You, as the Senior Implementation Program Manager, will plan and manage multiple and/or complex project engagements and SaaS technology and delivery solution projects for both internal and external clients with an understanding of the Medecision platform, client business strategy and operational needs. You will also drive towards rapid time-to-value, clearly defined benefits realization metrics and world class customer and employee experience.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Understanding and demonstrated application of formal change management methodologies such as Kotter, ADKAR and/or others, with ability to support the alignment of change management principles with project plan and management activities.

  • Should have demonstrated ability to support the development of tools to support the various stages of change management such as communication plans, stakeholder analysis tools, stop-start-continue documentation, training plans, and go live/adoption plans.

  • Developing high-level work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and budgets.

  • Determining the client's business and technical requirements, based on the understanding of the Medecision platform and client's business operation needs.

  • Developing project work / resource / quality plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Conducting project meetings. Responsible for program/project tracking, analysis and management.

  • Ensuring effective communication flow among business process owners, project team members and all IT functions that participate and impact the results of the project development effort.

  • Managing client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed, managed, and met.

  • Monitoring consulting and IT project progress and results delivery.

  • Addressing and resolving project and client problems based on the understanding of the Medecision platform and client business operation's needs.

  • Acting as thought-leader within Medecision service line to articulate the Voice of the Customer, educate the team, and ensure world class customer and employee experience, clearly articulating the integration of project and change management philosophies.

  • Aggressively pursuing opportunities to improve industry knowledge related to the priorities and needs of Medecision's clients as well as improve on personal professional management/leadership development.

  • Contribute and adhere to the Medecision project management toolkit and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing on improvement suggestions.

  • Delight clients by the effective management of client implementation and consulting projects to ensure they deliver on client expectations in terms of expected value, timeline and budget.

  • Document client expectations in terms of expected project value and the specific ability for Aerial to deliver on that value.

  • Manage client relations to ensure that service delivery expectations are developed, managed and met.

  • Develop and manage to high-level work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets for client projects

  • Responsible for program / project tracking, analysis and management

  • Assist Account Management by discovering, documenting and upselling additional Aerial platform and service opportunities within the client base by understanding the client business and technical environment and challenges.

  • Act as an industry expert to educate the EPMO team on the market trends and their impact on our client and prospect business. Educate the EMPO team on the alignment between the industry trends and Aerial platform capabilities

  • Manage the implementation resources within the ePMO

  • Keep track of and manage implementation resource capacity and scheduling

  • Knowledge and ability to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship during engagements; includes influencing, communicating, presenting, facilitating, managing and developing others.

  • Knowledge and ability with consulting processes, associated tools and techniques; includes activities from sales through planning, research and analysis, solution and recommendation development, follow-on support and disengagement management.

  • Knowledge of and ability to apply project management principles to initiate, plan, execute, control and close multiple initiatives/engagements.

  • Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science or Business.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.

  • Knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS application implementation approaches is required.

  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare delivery or payer organization, MSO or ACO, or HIT vendor supporting PHM in a project and/or program manager capacity. Large scale, multi-dimensional technology implementation and consulting projects.

  • Knowledge of X12, HL7 file formats for data ingestion.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and exciting environment.
