The Role of the Staff Accountant will perform a variety of tasks all aimed at focusing on general ledger accounting transactions. This role will primarily be responsible for the Accounting of our Catering department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Process and pay vendor invoices daily

  • Prepare various reconciliations and research any issues

  • Input inventory into Accounting system

  • Prepare daily revenue forecast

  • Complete weekly flash P&L report

  • Prepare necessary accruals at period end

  • Create cash deposit for daily vending sales and ensure safe balances

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • 1-3 years of Accounting experience

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of oral and written English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Excellent time management skills, able to meet deadlines

  • Ability to sort through and document corporate processes to achieve desired outcome

Other Qualifications:

  • Builds strong customer relationships

  • Detail oriented, organized and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior

  • Collaborates effectively with peers, business customers and other cross-functional team members

Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting

Physical Demands:Occasionally mustbe able to lift 25 pounds
