CACI International Counterintelligence Analyst - Mid Level in Quantico, Virginia

Duties and Responsibilities:

The mid-level counterintelligence (CI) analyst analyzes Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and Intelligence Community agencies.

Provides specialized analytical and CI investigative support utilizing sophisticated analyst tools and CI, CT and/or all-source analytical methodologies to support CI investigations and operations, as well as US Military activities and operations.

CI analysts use a variety of classified and unclassified databases, software applications, and other intelligence research tools to identify, assimilate, examine, interpret, and evaluate all-source information/intelligence to determine the nature, function, interrelationships, personalities, capabilities, and intent regarding the intelligence capabilities of foreign powers, international terrorists and other entities and activities of CI interest.

Required Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of relevant CI experience. CI and/or analysis training/certifications/formal school required.

Must be US citizen with current Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access. DIA will require completion of a CI Scope Polygraph within 90 days of placement on the contract

Must be proficient in Intelligence Community analytical methodologies, standards and software tools and possess a working knowledge of FIE organizational structures, capabilities, intentions, tradecraft, and Modus Operandi, as well as the concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods and techniques pertaining to DoD CI investigations and operations.

Must have a working knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods, and techniques pertaining to DoD IAW ODNI standards and DIA intelligence analysis and production, as well as familiarity with the DoD CI Enterprise structure, to include DoD CI support to Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands. and other DoD components.

Must possess analytical, written and oral English communications skills and ability to think logically creatively.

Must be capable of working independently with minimal Government oversight to provide completed products that may require only minor revisions and/or editing.
