The CTAutomation and Control Technology Field is seeking a highly motivated graduate student available for a 3-9month internship for our Princeton, NJ location in the area ofcomplex system optimization . The successfulcandidate will work with the Product Design, Modeling and Simulation Research Group(PSM-US) to develop solutionsto the real-world problems .

Program,Simulate and analyze large scale complex systems with dynamics. Optimize designand run-time decision parameters.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement reusable, efficient and maintainablesoftware component using main stream programming languages.
Incubate innovative concepts and develop publications or patents.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Currentstudent majoring in aMaster’sprogram in ComputerScience, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relatedbackgrounds.a growing, dynamic team.
A PhD student majoring in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplineis preferred.
Hands-on coding skills and ability to quickly prototype in C++ andPython/Matlab.
Experience with applying advanced optimization methods (e.g., such as nonlinear programming, stochastic optimization, robust programming, operational research, multi-objective optimizations) to complex systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills in English is required.
Team playerwho can also be independent, prioritize work and thrives in a fast-paceddynamic environment.
Drive andmotivation for career development and open to taking on challenges.
Outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills in English are required.
